Pharmacy Weight Loss Deal is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy and weight loss clinic based in Deal, Kent, United Kingdom. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511). Our services are provided exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our eligibility criteria or whose health profile indicates that a requested treatment is unsuitable or unsafe.
All prescription medicines available through our service require completion of an online medical questionnaire. This information is reviewed by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or a qualified prescriber.
A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate for you. We may request additional information or recommend an alternative treatment. We may decline to issue a prescription at our clinical discretion without obligation to provide a detailed reason.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy. We do not accept or dispense prescriptions issued by third parties.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via tracked postal service to your specified UK address.
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including Royal Mail delays or adverse weather. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by third-party couriers once an item has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications if applicable, and to provide accurate delivery details. We cannot re-dispatch orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer without additional charge.
You may cancel your order before clinical approval has been completed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made before dispensing.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
